Choocolate Indulgence

Yep, the title speaks for itself, the base cake was a chocolate and banana cake, it was intended to be rich as the buyer was a self proclaimed chocoholic. The cake itself was already heavy, with the additional (really) generous chocolate frosting (we had to get a special imported grade chocolate) just to please the client's insatiable lust for chocolate.

A friend of mine (a cheese cake lover) was planning a house warming, and I could not think of anything better to present this mango cheese cake as a house warming gift. The garnishing was nothing to shout about, (that was before attending a course on cake decoration) but, what was really cool about this was the content, we had some special cheese that was bought from a specialty store. I'd bet all of you cheese cake lovers would agree,.... taste rules over looks.

Mid Autum Party Cup Cakes

It was tiring, but it was worth it too, although this round is for free (can't complain much as it was a residential association party - which my husband was a committee member).
