Previous Projects - Mango Cheese Cake

A friend of mine (a cheese cake lover) was planning a house warming, and I could not think of anything better to present this mango cheese cake as a house warming gift. The garnishing was nothing to shout about, (that was before attending a course on cake decoration) but, what was really cool about this was the content, we had some special cheese that was bought from a specialty store. I'd bet all of you cheese cake lovers would agree,.... taste rules over looks.
