Here are the mini cupcakes that we sponsored on the Chap Goh Meh Party in our condominium lately. It is the all time favorite moist chocolate mini cupcakes. By the way, we use the organic sweet basil from the garden to decorate the mini cupcakes & it turned out quite nice.
