Another Birthday Cake - Chocolate Cheese

Here is a chocolate cheese cake that we baked for a customer that celebrated her hubby's birthday. The design of this cake is very much inspired by what we saw during our holiday trip in Japan.




The cheese cake instead of being on top of the cake (as what you would see in regular bakery), it is wrapped around the cake, giving a more presentable visual, ref to the pic.

It is topped with roasted almond nuts, just to add to the luxury feel of the cake. The pics is from a reference cake that we kept for ourselves (yummy!)
