Not cakes, but everyone has been talking about edible ENZYME. Just what the heck is enzyme anyway (now that we have been doing this for quite some time apart from baking). I will post some links (http://www.enzymestuff.com/faq.htm) that explain what is enzyme, but what kept me excited is that it taste great, fruity, and stops my hubby's sinus from acting up.
Here are some pics of our enzyme production line(yes, some are for sales!, contact me :)). Some enzyme producer prefers large vat for faster production, but from our kitchen, we PREFER DETAILS, one customer, one 2L vat, (if it ain't attention to the detail, it ain't from our kitchen).
Pic showing, papaya, dragon fruit and pineapple enzyme, pre-booked, each 2L (yields 400 - 500 ml) at RM 28 (production queue is full untill Feb 2009). Currently we are doing R&D for some exotic fruits, will update on the next post,... after looking up for the pic.
