What to prepare on a busy weekend dinner? Occasionally, I
don't feel like cooking too much. If I really on a rush, I will just prepare
one main dish with white rice & a salad for dinner. The secret ingredient
is the Japan Sesame Dressing. This is a a healthy & delicious salad combo
that I would like to share - Tomato & Alfalfa Salad.
Ingredients (2 servings):
2 big Tomatoes
Handful of Alfalfa Sprout
Japanese Sesame Dressing
Method:
1) Cut the tomatoes into slices, arrange it nicely on a round
plate.
2) Put a handful of Alfalfa Sprout in the middle &
drizzle with some Japanese Style Sesame Dressing.
3) Enjoy~
