German Honey Pretzel with Cinnamon & Multigrain




Just do not know why recently I have a crave for bread making. I have tried baking these Greman honey pretzel (2 type):
a) Multigrain
b) Cinnamon

It turns out great. Just break the pretzel with finger & pop into the mouth. Very handy, I can even eat it while I am driving to work. From this point, it makes me understand the German are really practical. This is great for a healthy breakfast or teatime because it is not sweet compared to cakes.

But still, I love cakes too. I am trying out an new recipe : Citrusy Orange Cake. Will keep you update.
