Steamed SEKINCHAN White Prompret





I knew this is not related to baking. But I must post this in my blog to share with you . After my last trip to Sekinchan, I have been missing the fresh seafood since then. Last week, my friend happened to visit me. So, I use this opportunity to "force" my friend to spare some of his fish from Sekinchan. Thanks to him, I got this tip top fresh white prompret. You can see how fresh it is just from the pictures. This fish was steamed with a little bit of everything- ginger, chili, spring onion, coriander & organic French seasalt. The end result is sooooo good that I starts to miss it again. Hm.............when is my next trip to Sekinchan again???
