Time fly. It is already late Sept. There is a very important festival for all Chinese globally- the moon cake festival. It is time for family gathering. My grandma love moon cake so much. Therefore, I have decided to try out a new recipies for Shanghai moon cake. For your info, this is the first time I make Shanghai moon cake. I got this recipies from newspaper written by Amy Beh.
