The weather is so hot everyday & I have no appetite to eat. Therefore, last weekend we have decided to make these baoz. This is the 1st time I tried to make HK style baoz. The baoz turned out quite nice. The skin texture is perfect & the meat inside is just right. Of course need to practise more to make a "perfect baoz look" like the "sifu" in the chinses restaurant. Hehehe.....I guess it shouldn't be a problem after a few round of practice.
