Pizza...Pizza....

Pizza- it is pretty straight forward.
Everyone love pizza.....at least all my friends/family love pizza. It is so good when one can make her own pizza with whatever ingredients she likes. I make it with any available raw material in my fridge- fresh prawn, eggs, sausages, vegetables, more cheese, less cheese.....literally anything you like. Surprisingly, the vegetarian pizza is very good. Kinda hungry when i look at the pics ....

Chocolate Banana & Vanilla Cup cakes

Chocolate & Banana is a match made in heaven couple. I love to use them in my baking because we can get the best banana locally. Of course you have to match it with the best chocolate in the ingredient shop- normally i will get the imported one :P.

It is a dilemma when comes to cakes - sugar rush vs kcal. Hahaha.....but this chocolate & banana cup cakes addressed both because it is low in sugar & low in fat. Of course, must leave out the decoration icing....therefore...i just decorated it with a pcs of slice banana on top & it turn out cute.

By the way, let me show you how do my kid eat her favorate vanilla cup cakes...of cuz with LOTS of LOTs of jam .....be it marmalade or strawberry jam. She love it & smilling cheek to cheek. Kinda envious....enjoy the yummy cake & burn the kcal when she starts running/ shouting the next moment. I wish i can do that.........

Daily Bread - French bread/ Baguette

This is my homemade daily bread- it is lean, eggless, simple & the best sandwich bread. I learned to enjoy this bread starting year 2006 when I can make a proper baguette...Finally... Pai seh....I normally add flaxseed (super healthy) & it is smell good when toasting in the oven. My daughter love it too - the toasted flaxseed baguette with LOTS LOTS of butter....hahaha....Then, i can hear she says yummy yummy & nicey nicey.

Of course the sour dough french bread /baguette is extremely yummy too. But it take quite some effort to make the biga. The bread taste sourish but it have another level of flavour. Some people love it but some hate it. Of course, i do love it. When the bread made with aged biga (almost 30 years), the taste is soooooooo nice, lucky me that i have a chance to taste it in one of the Aussie oldest bakery.
